Oversees practice of Commercial and Corporate Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration. Assists clients in international public and private law matters, litigation before Russian commercial courts and courts of general jurisdiction, including disputes with state authorities, bankruptcy cases, and personal and secondary liability cases of top management.
For over 15 years, Rimma has successfully led and defended interests of her clients in large corporate and commercial disputes, often complicated by a significant foreign element and requiring consideration of other legal systems, per LCIA, HKIAC, and ICAC regulations at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
