For over 16 years, he has been specializing in the resolution of commercial disputes in Russian courts, foreign courts, arbitration courts and international arbitration.

Nikolay's expertise includes international commercial arbitration, cross-border disputes, search and foreclosure on foreign assets, corporate conflicts and complex commercial disputes, Russian and foreign bankruptcy. He has a successful experience in managing and supporting high-profile judicial and arbitration projects in Russia and abroad.

Prior to joining the MEF LEGAL team, Nikolay was an advisor at A1 investment company and led dispute resolution practices at Russian law firms.
