Has extensive experience in bankruptcy practice since 1996. For 25 years, he served as the head of the Anti-Crisis Agency for Bankruptcy Procedures (APB).

Mr Bortich specializes in protecting the interests of large businesses in all bankruptcy procedures, including protection from subsidiary liability.

 He holds a PhD in Law.
