Defects in the regulatory framework and unjustified deviations in law enforcement practice create barriers and risks for business development. Such obstacles often cannot be eliminated through individual consultation, administrative appeal or legal dispute.

In cooperation with business associations, business protection institutes, and scientific institutions, we, MEF LEGAL experts we wii:

• propose ways to eliminate ambiguities, conflicts and gaps in laws, and normalize law enforcement practice

• find an approach that meets the legitimate interests of the industry, the state and society as a whole

• develop draft regulatory changes or clarifications and their economic and legal justification

• prepare and send proposals to the authorities

• take part in consultations and meetings to finalize draft official documents by government agencies until the implementation of the initiative
